Welcome to Mindset Connect. I’m Anne-Louise,  a counsellor and social worker based in Sydney who brings over 20 years of experience in supporting people with their mental well being. I am committed to guiding individuals through life's challenges via Telehealth counselling. 

 

As a dedicated counsellor, I bring a warm and empathetic approach to my practice, creating a safe space where clients feel heard and understood. With a deep commitment to fostering personal growth, I utilise active listening and integrated evidence-based techniques to guide individuals through their challenges, helping them develop resilience and confidence. My passion for supporting others is complemented by my genuine curiosity about their unique experiences, allowing me to connect authentically and tailor my guidance to meet their specific needs.

Fees

The fees for individual counselling sessions are:

Initial Telehealth Counselling Session- $160 (75 minutes)

Standard Telehealth Counselling Session- $140 (60 minutes)
